Prime Rehab provides specialised support work services for people living with neurological disability and complex support needs. Our support workers are trained in safe manual handling and can support participants to engage in prescribed exercise and physical activity programs. They also provide assistance with meaningful daily activities, both at home and in the community, with a focus on promoting independence, participation and quality of life.
